We strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer shipping to Australia only. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional processing time during peak holiday periods.

Shipping Methods and Fees

We charge a flat rate of $8.50 for orders under $100.  Orders over $100 ship for FREE!

Please note that the estimated delivery times (3 to 14 business days for jewellery, 3 to 28 days for watches) are provided as a guide only, and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.  Personalised/Custom made orders will take approximately 15 to 20 business days and solid gold pieces can take up to 20 to 25 business days.  Delivery to WA, NT and rural areas may take longer to arrive.  You may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or the website of the shipping carrier.

Certain items may necessitate a signature upon delivery. In the event that there is no one available to sign for the goods, you will be required to reschedule the delivery through Toll, either by collecting and signing for your order or by visiting the nearest Toll location. To ensure prompt delivery, it is advisable to use a business address where someone is available to sign for items at any time.

If you elect to provide “authority to leave” delivery instructions, please ensure there is a secure area for delivery.  Jewellery Lane is not responsible for your order after delivery is made with your “authority to leave” or not signed for by someone at your premises.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item not available.
