We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. You may contact us by email, phone, or through our website’s contact form. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or damaged.

For non – personalised items, if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange for items returned within 14 days from delivery date. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.  For personalised items we offer returns on faulty goods, we do not offer returns or cancellations due to change of mind.

For Tesoro products, in the event you change your mind, we will happily provide an exchange, however we do not provide refunds unless goods are faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items or layering sets unless goods are faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene, we cannot offer refund or exchange on earrings unless goods are faulty.

Returns for defects can be made for manufacturing faults only and does not include loss, damage, breakage, change in appearance or gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, accident, careless handling or improper use of the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

For personalised items we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we will offer replacement or exchange for an item of similar value unless goods are faulty.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. You may contact us by email, phone, or through our website’s contact form. Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.  Exchanges are only possible if the product is available.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or damaged. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us for shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except for faulty items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
